QA/QC Introduction
Quality Control Department is responsible for raw materials and inventory insprection, as well as control implementation.We test all incoming materials to ensure 100% compliance with our specifications. Substandard materials will never be accepted, and material supplier will be warned for it.
Procedures/Testing Details:
In-line control: quality control is adopted at each phase of production. Empty cartridge are sifted, processed and cleaned; ink and powder are accurately filled by auto-machines; Final printing tests are carried out for each cartridge; vacuum tests simulate are shipping.
